Leosphere has recently announced the deployment of its 50th Lidar station. Cloud, aerosol Lidars and Wind Lidars are now installed in 14 countries contributing to regional and global monitoring of meteorological and climate change processes. Still considered an emerging technology just a few years ago, the wind Lidar and the aerosol Lidar are now widely used as routine observation instruments feeding meteorological databases and models.
