Only SCNP can provide network-level views of drug and target interactions in cells of interest, including rare cells such as cancer stem cells. The ability to study functional status at baseline and after modulation with a factor such as a new drug candidate allows elucidation of network dynamics not seen with traditional genomic or proteomic technologies. SCNP has successfully profiled the function of cells from blood, bone marrow, and tumor tissue.
